Penal Reform International concluded CFSs’ activities, set up in SGCs of Amant Al-asimeh and Ibb and Juveniles Section in Dhamar’s central prison, in coordination with Together Foundation for Development and Human Rights funded by the Kingdom of the Netherlands as part of Penitentiary System Reform project. These activities lasted 3 months during the period ( 1st May – 30th July) targeting 194 children. This program focused on providing psychosocial support for children and implementing recreational and educational activities. Also it included awareness raising activities on child protection issues for children and parents and strengthened juveniles’ relationships with their families through visits and open days held during CFSs’ activities in which children and parents met and communicated as a preliminary step for post care and reintegration in society
