Sana’a Monday 7th November, 2016

Together Foundation for Development and Human Rights carried out the first awareness session on MRE in Abd Al-razaak Al-sana’ani school, Al-amanh targeting about 1500 of children, 60 ( 21 males – 39 females) of parents,  teachers and CFS workers.

As part of child protection project, funded by Save the Children.

 During morning assembly, number of significant issues raised:

  • The definition of the mine and its types and shapes.
  • The mines and explosives dangers.
  • Safety measures and instructions.
  • Negatives effects on individuals and states.
  • Key signals used by detecting and demining teams.
  • Presenting real stories through acting.
