Database for File Management System at CRD and Sana`a Prison

According to procedural manual for File management system,  PRI in cooperation with Together Foundation   has been contracted  with  local  IT expert, who has extensive experience of Prisoners measures to reflect the procedural manual for File management system to database at CRD and Sana`a Prison in  a first stage

as part of Penitentiary System Reform in Yemen; Meeting International Human Rights Standards Project.  (PRI & the Dutch Project-Yemen)

The outcomes concluded that

• Developed Database for File management system of prisoners.
• Electronic Documentation all information about each prisoner, including their charge(s), nature of the crime(s), legal proceeding states, social profile, health and medical profile, qualifications, working skills, family situation, sentence plan etc
• Easy data archiving and Retrieval
• Easy to follow the case of inmates and strengthen surveillance
• Easy access to reports and Statistics
• Expected beneficiaries over  2000 inmates.
