Launch the bricks factory at Dhammar central prison organized by Correction and Rehabilitation Department , in partnership with Penal Reform International and Together Foundation for development and human rights and Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training , Skill Development Fund – funded by the Netherlands Government
as part of Penitentiary System Reform in Yemen; Meeting International Human Rights Standards Project. (PRI & the Dutch Project-Yemen)
The inauguration was attended by Mr. Hammoud Obad Dhammar`s Governor , Mr. Abdulsalam Aldhalaa (deputy of Correction and Rehabilitation) , Director of Dhammar central prison , Mr. Akram Al-Akhali ( representative of Netherlands Embassy- in Yemen) and Mr. Adel Debwan (PRI consultant).
