The International Penal Reform Organization ( PRI) , in partnership with the Rehabilitation and Correction Department ( RCD) of the Ministry of the Interior and Together Foundation for Development and Human Rights lunched the program of  rehabilitation and renovation of the school, classrooms and computer lab in Central Prison in  Amanat Al-asimah within the project of Penitentiary System Reform in Yemen funded by the Kingdom of Netherlands.

Major General. Abdullah Al Hadi  (the head of RCD) , Brig. Abdullah Al-Hakim (  the director general of RCD), Mr. Adel Dabwan, ( the PRI consultant), Mr. Mohammed Al- Ma’akhathi ( the director of Central Prison in Amanat Al-asimah) and numbers of social figures attended the event.
